YOU can expect a detailed approach that is tailored to YOU and YOUR NEEDS.
What to expect on your first visit with us.
We will get to know YOU; and unfortunately that can't be done in just a couple of minutes. Plan for your first appointment with us to take anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes.
During this appointment we will learn more about what's bothering you, identify the issue(s), guide you on how we would like to help you, and provide you with the care best suited for YOUR NEEDS.
Please dress appropriately for the type of injury you're experiencing during your first visit (i.e. shoulder injury = tank top). Also, if your injury/complaint occurs with certain movements with certain sporting equipment, please also bring that with you if you can (i.e. running injury = running shoes).
Appointments are necessary. We are sorry if we are unable to accommodate any walk-in appointments as we can be quite a busy office. Appointments can be made in a variety of ways - they can be made by calling us, texting us, and evening e-mailing us (and yes, you read that right, you can text us). Please note, it's encouraged to schedule your appointment with us as soon as you can and know your own schedule to allow you to have your desired date and time. We will ALWAYS do our best to meet your needs but sometimes our calendar doesn't align with yours - and for that, we are sorry! But remember to try to put yourself on our cancellation list if that happens as there are times that some availabilities open last minute.
First appointments are scheduled in 40-60 minute appointment slots.
Subsequent appointments are scheduled anywhere between 15-40 minutes, depending on the extent of injury and time needed.
Please arrive a little before or at the time of your scheduled appointment as we will unfortunately need to reschedule your appointment if you are near 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, as it doesn't allow for us to properly take care of you the way you need and deserve. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may bring for you, but we hope you understand.
We understand that what you work hard for and earn is important to you and we will do everything we can to respect your time and your money by providing the best we have to offer. We will do everything we can to try to get you back to your pre-injury state as quickly as we possibly can and as best as we possibly can.
Regarding health insurance, we are in network with most PPO insurances with plans that have chiropractic coverage. Please check your insurance for your details regarding your plan.
We also have cash-for-service fees that can be found by contacting us.
We accept HSA, Flex-Spend, Credit Cards, Cash.
We require all patients to complete our New Patient Intake form (found below). Our patient intake can be downloaded, printed, and completed prior to your arrival to save you time on your first visit. Please note, if you're an expecting mother, please download and complete both intakes (New Patient and Pregnancy).
If using insurance as a payment, please bring your insurance card as a copy will be made for billing purposes.
